India V17 with Snapdragon 675 (retail listings give model vivo 1919). Not the Russian V17, which is a rebranded S1 Pro. Ships with Funtouch OS 9.2 (Android 9); install the Android 10 update first. PiunikaWeb's vivo update trackers report Android 10 and then Android 11 for this model (India, greyscale, March 2021); vivo listed it for the Android 12-based Funtouch OS 12 (Beebom), but PiunikaWeb reports only a beta in India, so the lower version is given. Release month: India launch on 9 December 2019, on sale from 17 December, per BusinessToday.
