Ships with Android 8.0 Oreo (Go edition) according to NaijaTechGuide. Unveiled at Tecno's Lagos launch in April 2018 with the Camon X (NaijaTechGuide, TechTrends Kenya). No Android update is documented, so this is the version it shipped with.

The app can't run on the Tecno F1

Its last official update is Android 8, and the app needs Android 10 or later.

Gestures are set up in the phone settings as shown, then combined into a trigger recipe in the app, where practice mode shows step by step whether a gesture would trigger.
