Ships with Android 11. Sharp promised OS updates for two years from release; its support pages list Android 13 as the last update. Codes: SH-53A docomo, SHG03 au, UQ mobile and J:COM, A004SH SoftBank, SH-M17 SIM-free; Google Play also lists A105SH, and SH-S50 for the version sold outside Japan (last update not sourced). Pay Trigger needs the fingerprint sensor set to work as the home key.
Set it up
Sharp's manual: a long press opens the app chosen under 長押しでアプリ起動; holding the key for 2 seconds or more opens the power menu instead. The manual does not say whether it works while the screen is off or locked.

Gestures are set up in the phone settings as shown, then combined into a trigger recipe in the app, where practice mode shows step by step whether a gesture would trigger.
