Built by OPPO with OPPO model codes; a community device tree for it sets OPPO as manufacturer and brand. Wikipedia says the same phone was sold as the OPPO F7 Youth and, in China, the OPPO A73s, which may report the same codes. realme's realme UI 1.0 (Android 10) roadmap did not include it (PiunikaWeb tracker).
