Ships with Android 10; Android 12 reached the T-Mobile model in April 2022, and Android Central reported an Android 13 update in 2023. No built-in gesture or key opens a chosen app. Its shortcut keys are fixed: a double press of the power key or Volume Down opens only the camera, a double press of Volume Up only Capture+ or the screen-off memo, and the Google Assistant key opens only Google Assistant (Google Lens on a double press). Its user guide has no Floating Bar. A001LG is the SoftBank model and L-51A the docomo model (Japan, from April 2020).

Recommended presets

  • Shake ×3Sends a signal

Three sharp shakes within 2.5 s: hard to do by accident, easy to do without looking.

    Shake ×3, 0.15–1 s apart · whole gesture within 2.5 s

  • Widget ×2Sends a signal

Two taps on the home-screen widget within 3 s; a single accidental tap does nothing.

    Widget ×2, 0.1–3 s apart · whole gesture within 3 s

Gestures are set up in the phone settings as shown, then combined into a trigger recipe in the app, where practice mode shows step by step whether a gesture would trigger.
