Ships with XOS 2.2 (Android 7.0) (Techweez). Launched with the Hot 5 in August 2017 (TechCabal, Techweez). Google Play also lists 'Infinix HOT 4' under the Hot 5 Lite; that string is shared with the Hot 4 and is not matched. No Android update is documented, so this is the version it shipped with.
The app can't run on the Infinix Hot 5 Lite
Its last official update is Android 7, and the app needs Android 10 or later.
Gestures are set up in the phone settings as shown, then combined into a trigger recipe in the app, where practice mode shows step by step whether a gesture would trigger.
